These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pbfitnessprofessionals.com and any personal training, stretch therapy, or wellness services provided by Palm Beach Fitness Professionals LLC, doing business as Palm Beach Fitness Professionals ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a form, request a consult, purchase services, or consent to receive text messages from us. This site and our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Clients under 18 may train with us only when a parent or legal guardian books the sessions, signs the waiver and these Terms on the minor's behalf, and is present or has given written permission for the session location. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.
Our services
We provide in-home and on-site personal training, assisted stretch therapy, and corporate wellness programming in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sessions are delivered by certified trainers at a location you arrange with us. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where a location is unsafe or a client's conduct is inappropriate.
Health disclaimer and assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including muscle strain, injury, and in rare cases serious medical events. By participating you acknowledge and accept those risks.
- We are not physicians. Nothing on this site or said in a session is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a cardiac condition, injury, or chronic illness.
- You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, and limitations before training, and to update us if they change.
- Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath.
Booking, payment, and cancellations
- Sessions are scheduled and paid through GoHighLevel. Rates are those quoted at the time of booking.
- Packages and prepaid sessions are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
- If we must cancel, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a refund for that session.
- Promotional offers apply to new clients unless stated otherwise, are limited to one per person, and may not be combined with other offers.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide a reasonably safe and accessible space for in-home sessions, to be present and ready at the scheduled time, and to treat our trainers with respect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

Free resources and site content
Guides, trackers, and articles offered here are for general educational use only and are provided as-is. All site content, including text, photographs, logos, and downloadable materials, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without written consent.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers for scheduling and payments, form delivery, chat, reviews, and advertising measurement. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those features. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
