- GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc., also operating as LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management platform. It receives and stores form submissions, booking requests, appointment records, client contact details, and SMS consent records, and it powers our online scheduling calendar, appointment reminders, text and email messaging, review display, and chat widget. Payments processed through GoHighLevel go directly to its payment processor; we never store your full card number.
- FormSubmit — delivers contact form and career application submissions to our email inbox.
- Google and Meta — advertising and analytics, as described above.
- Professional advisors or authorities where required by law.
Sharing data with advertising platforms so they can match you to an audience may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under some state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out below.
